I work with mid-career women and first-time product leads who are ready to lead more boldly - without burning out or playing small. My coaching blends strategic clarity with personal growth: we’ll work on the systems you’re navigating, the stories you’re telling yourself, and the leadership you want to embody.
I’m not here to give you a checklist. I’m here to help you lead with conviction, clarity, and care.

I coach people who are smart, capable, and already doing the work, but who are ready to move with more confidence, more visibility, and more intention.
I bring experience from scaling $700M product portfolios, leading cross-functional teams across 16 brands, and navigating big org changes (mergers, reorgs, transformation) all while building cultures that actually feel good to work in.
