I am a urban homesteading designer in Chicago, spending my days at work for Maharam textile company, and my nights with my bookish husband and two young sons. With a BFA in Interior Design, I spent four years and a lot of money perfecting my architectural lettering. It wasn't until after college that I began to explore more decorative and free forms. This blog is a place to collect my practice sketches - to keep me accountable for working on my lettering. You'll also find bits of the rest of my life - arts and crafts, party planning, toddler outings and urban gardening, to name a few.
If you are interested in custom lettering work or would like a print, please contact me.
Hope you enjoy.
